Scott Reeves

Scott brings over 15 years of experience in helping clients assess impacts and improve the performance of energy programs. He has a history of technical leadership aimed at improving energy program strategy and outcomes. Throughout his career, he has developed, directed, and implemented a broad range of quantitative and qualitative research. Scott has extensive experience in the planning, design, and evaluation of income-qualified energy programs, including traditional EM&V, assessment of non-energy benefits, and research supporting prioritization strategies and goal development.

Prior to joining Cadeo, Scott worked as a senior associate in Cadmus’ Advanced Analytics group. During that time, he specialized in evaluation and planning of low-income energy programs. Scott also led multi-year evaluations of demand response pilots. These involved research design, load analysis, and research to improve program design/delivery and understand customer value propositions.

Scott holds a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Puget Sound and a Master of Public Affairs from Indiana University. Outside of work, he enjoys wrestling/reading with his three kids, playing songs, and seeing live music whenever possible.
