Paige Tomlinson

Paige brings a strong background in market research, behavioral science, and user experience to her role as an associate. Passionate about applying her knowledge of decision-making to the energy industry, Paige strives to better understand how we can motivate environmentally conscious, socially responsible behavior.

Her curiosity and genuine love of research have led Paige to explore a breadth of topics throughout her career. Her experience ranges from testing Nike’s next hot running shoe to improving jury selection processes. Most recently, Paige worked as a qualitative analyst at Escalent. In this role, she helped clients address complex questions related to consumer attitudes and brand perceptions. Paige also worked as an associate behavior and experience researcher at Nike. There, she conducted product research and led the Sport Research Lab’s behavior change initiative to encourage lasting fitness habits.

Paige holds a BA in psychology from the University of Portland and a master’s degree in behavioral and decision sciences from the University of Pennsylvania. Outside of work, Paige enjoys traveling, tending to her ever-growing collection of plants, and searching for Portland’s best happy hour spot.
