Dulane Moran brings almost 20 years of experience in energy efficiency program evaluation, market research, and strategic program consulting to her role at Cadeo. Prior to joining Cadeo, Dulane spent four years at the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA) as Principal in the Market Research and Evaluation group. She brings strategic thinking to her work and regularly helps clients develop program logic and theory and identify emerging program trends and best practices.
Dulane received her BA in English Literature from the University of Oregon, and her Master of Public Administration from Portland State University. She is a member of the Planning Committee for the International Energy Program Evaluation Conference and regularly presents on emerging topics at national and regional conferences.
