Dulane Moran brings 20 years of experience in energy program evaluation, market research, and strategic program consulting to her role at Cadeo. Prior to joining Cadeo, Dulane spent four years at the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA). While at NEEA, she was a principal in the Market Research and Evaluation group. In addition to her NEEA experience, Dulane has 15 years of applied research experience as a consultant at Research into Action (now Opinion Dynamics) and Nexant (now Resource Innovations). At these organizations, she led research teams to the successful completion of process and market evaluations.
Dulane’s work spans every sector and type of program including financing, demand response, commercial custom, residential retrofit, training and education, retail and nonresidential lighting, electric vehicle charging, and consumer products. She brings strategic thinking to her work and helps clients develop program logic and theory, identify emerging industry trends, and adjust to changing market conditions.
Dulane received her B.A. in English Literature from the University of Oregon, and her Master of Public Administration from Portland State University. She is a member of the Planning Committee for the International Energy Program Evaluation Conference and the Energy Trust of Oregon’s Evaluation Advisory Group. Dulane regularly presents on emerging topics at national and regional conferences.
