Dulane Moran offers 20 years of experience in energy efficiency program evaluation, market research, and strategic program consulting. Prior to joining Cadeo, Dulane spent four years at the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA) as Principal in the Market Research and Evaluation group. In addition to her NEEA experience, Dulane has 15 years of applied research experience. She was a consultant at Research into Action (now Opinion Dynamics) and Nexant (now Resource Innovations). At these organizations, she led research teams to the successful completion of process and market evaluations. These spanned every sector and type of program including financing, demand response, commercial custom, residential retrofit, training and education, retail and nonresidential lighting, and consumer products. She brings strategic thinking to her work and regularly helps clients develop program logic and theory and identify emerging industry trends and best practices.
Dulane received her BA in English Literature from the University of Oregon, and her Master of Public Administration from Portland State University. She is a member of the Planning Committee for the International Energy Program Evaluation Conference. Dulane regularly presents on emerging topics at national and regional conferences.
