Angela Kora

Angela Kora brings more than eight years of engineering experience to her role as a consultant with Cadeo. She is an expert in optimizing building and campus design for resource efficiency and evaluating high performance sustainable buildings. She excels at evaluating energy use, efficiency requirements and standards in both the federal and commercial building sectors as well as the federal appliance rulemaking process. Additionally, she conducts energy program evaluation and renewable energy assessments. Prior to joining Cadeo, Angela was a research engineer at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. There, she contributed to energy efficiency and renewable energy assessments at federal facilities globally. At Cadeo, Angela expertly navigates stakeholder processes. She identifies challenges to effectively balance desired outcomes with the feasibility and market potential for both technology adaptation and behavior change.

Angela holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arkansas. In her time outside of Cadeo, Angela spends time baking bread and croissants at the bakery that she founded and co-owns, foraging for wildflowers, or hiking outside with her miniature schnauzer mix, Mitzi.
