Lucas Judson integrates a broad background in research and grassroots political campaign organizing into his work as an analyst at Cadeo. Before joining Cadeo in 2019, he organized campaigns focused on issues like agricultural land use, clean energy laws, and toxics and pesticides in public spaces. At Cadeo, Lucas takes on a variety of roles ranging from managing research on efficient pumps programs to recruiting data center experts to surveying insulation firms. Lucas also contributed to primary data collection efforts including an inventory of outdoor lighting in the Pacific Northwest. He regularly provides analytical support for evaluation studies and program implementation efforts.
Lucas graduated from St. Olaf College with majors in Environmental Studies, Race and Ethnic Studies, and Spanish. When he is not in the office, you’ll find him volunteering with local nonprofits, serving as a mentor for the Young People For (YP4) fellowship, and coming in last place at Tuesday night trivia at Schilling’s Cider House.
