As an Analyst at Cadeo, Jalen is responsible for extensive data acquisition, visualization, and analysis tasks that support market research and forecasting projects. He brings programming and analytical expertise to the data science team, establishing processes to collect and process large data sets specific to energy consumption and energy-efficient technologies. Jalen has also been investigating ways to apply machine learning techniques to social media to enrich our market research activities. Prior to joining Cadeo, Jalen worked in digital marketing, where he developed and implemented tools to measure performance of marketing channels and strategies. He has B.A. in Business and Economics from the University of Oregon, a Masters in Sports Administration from Northwestern University, and is completing a Masters in Data Science with a concentration in Artificial Intelligence from Northwestern University. A former Division 1 student athlete, Jalen enjoys playing sports when he’s not doting on his two cats and his new dog, Margaux.
