Alicia Starkey Senior Associate
Alicia Starkey brings over a decade of research and program evaluation experience to her role as Senior Analyst. Prior to joining Cadeo, Alicia spent six years evaluating social, health, and education programs designed to create behavioral change. At Cadeo she applies this social and behavioral research experience to evaluate the programs affecting consumer energy efficiency decisions. Her functional skills cut across several areas, including research design for randomized controlled trials, quasi-experimental, and mixed-method evaluations; survey design; focus group moderation; data management and analysis; and project management. Alicia is passionate about helping clients make data-informed decisions and gathering insights that meet clients’ unique needs.
Alicia has a Ph.D. in Applied Social Psychology from Portland State University, an M.S. in Experimental Psychology from the University of Texas at San Antonio, and a B.A. in Psychology from Baylor University. She is a member of the Oregon Program Evaluators Network (OPEN) and has previously served as a council member on OPEN’s leadership team. She enjoys karaoke, playing recreation league volleyball, and impromptu brewery bike tours around Portland.
